Confirmed means the project owner has approved it. Supported means it has a named source. Open means the project still needs a decision, measurement or specialist review.

Keep sensitive information out of the first form
Do not send patient information, complete drug formulations, unpublished clinical data, complete design files, passwords or payment information. If confidential material is needed later, first confirm the parties, purpose, NDA scope and transfer method.
